The aim is to have a 2 week turnaround based on a short queue. If you don’t have the models already, if they are available on the sprue on Warbay.shop, then it will cost the price of the listing additionally. Otherwise it will be at the price listed on the GW website. Your models will not be returned until they have been approved by the buyer (if buyer does not respond within 14 days of approval request then it will be assumed they are approved, and they will be returned) If you need me to source the models, please confirm if you wish to have the spare parts left on the sprue returned or not. Similarly, if an order includes books, brushes, tools or paints, then all those items would be returned unopened along with the completed models (for example, the current 40k Introductory Set has starter tools & paints). Models are returned via 24hr tracked shipping for free. Small Models Anything that would take about an hour to assemble and paint. Basic Characters Most Character or small single models. Should be around 2hrs of work. Complex Characters The models with a lot of detail, or named characters that need a little extra time. Roughly 4hrs of work. Basic Squads Usually a squad with less than 10 models. Such as Aggressors(3), Kastelan Robots, etc. 5hrs of work. Standard Squads Full sized squads of around 10 models. Roughly 6hrs of work. Medium Models More complex vehicles and fancier Characters. About 7hrs work. Large Models The big vehicles, characters and monsters. 9hrs of work. Extra Large Models The big stuff that’s somewhere between Large and Huge. Around 12hrs work. Huge Models The really big models. Around 15hrs work. Combat Patrols Any of the Combat Patrol boxsets. Around 18 hours of work on average. Battleforces Christmas sets, new army release boxes. If it’s a box full of models for over £100, it’s one of these. Roughly 20hrs work.
